Yes, we think the HD Aero is a great option for paddlers that want the option and the stability to do some SUP yoga, but also want some ‘all-around’ SUP performance.

BOTE seems to recommend the Flood or Breeze for yoga, but I noticed yall gave this a higher stability score than those two. Do you think this is BOTE’s best board for a mix of paddling and yoga?

We agree, we’d love for BOTE to start including a leash in their kit. Otherwise though, we do really like the HD Aero.

Either would do well as a family board, as they’re both super stable and capable of being loaded up with small passengers. The Gili Meno is lighter at 24 lbs, while the HD Aero is about 30 lbs, but if you don’t mind the weight the HD Aero is stiffer.

Thank you so much for putting together this information. I just bought my first iSUP, the HD, and this review makes me feel like I made a good choice! I also got an electric pump that I am going to try out, and I appreciate the tips you have for inflation. My only complaint about this board so far is that I had to buy a leash separately. Thanks again!

How would you compare the aero hd with the gilisport mena 11’6″

They seem to be similarly stiff, I’m a big guy, don’t mind the weight, and want to put my kids on the board sometimes.
