Our did not – everything was top notch on the one we got (which was new, not something that Bote inspected beforehand for what it’s worth). If you have concerns, I’d contact Bote ASAP and see what they say. Again, from what we had I would say that we were super impressed with the quality. I hope that is the case with yours!
